Mitch leads programming across KGS and brings over a decade in coaching, performance and human movement. Known for energy, humour and meeting people where they are, his focus is simple: help you improve and keep showing up.

Jono Turek · Lead Coach

Jono brings consistency, work ethic and quiet confidence to the floor. He knows the KGS training system inside out and delivers it with clarity, a sharp eye for detail and well-timed banter.

Jaymee · Coach

Jaymee coaches with a focus on technique, recovery and helping members feel confident from session one. Expect clear cues, real care and a friendly check-in every time.

Ray leads swim coaching at KGS, working one-on-one in the magnesium pool with everyone from adults learning to swim through to technique and distance swimmers.
