This floor is set up for strength: squat racks, barbells and plates, dumbbells, ergs, and the space to actually use them. If you want a cardio hit, the ergs and the conditioning bank on Trainerize have you covered.
5:30am to 8:30pm daily. Class times sit in predictable blocks, early mornings and the 9:30am, so most of the day is open floor.

Members on Bronze+, Silver+ or Gold+ train here with a coach and use the floor between classes. All Access, Off-Peak and Open Gym Only members run their own sessions. Either way, the floor stays uncrowded, because that's how we sized the memberships.
