The stream model

Streams, not drop-in classes.

You pick a stream when you join and stay in it: Stream A trains Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Stream B trains Tuesday and Thursday. Saturday's All-In session is open to both, every week. Your coaches see you every session, your programme builds week on week, and your training group becomes people you actually know.

Four blocks a year

Both streams are programmed by Mitch Pike in four blocks across the year, and each stream gets its own programme, built for its training frequency. Week six isn't week one again: technique, progression and structure carry through the block, and every coach delivers the same programme.

01Conditioning on Trainerize.

A bank of self-led conditioning sessions, included with every training membership. Run them in Open Gym on your off days.

02Swim.

Get in the magnesium pool between sessions. Lap access depends on your tier.

03Move your way.

Run club, a walk, social sport. Tell your coach your goals and they'll help you shape the week.
