How we coach

Strength first, movement quality always.

The goal is training you can still be doing in twenty years. Sessions run at a single level and coaches scale every workout, so beginners and experienced lifters train side by side, each doing the right version for them.

Programming across KGS is led by Mitch Pike, in four structured blocks a year. Every coach on the floor delivers the same programme, so your Tuesday session builds on your Monday one no matter who's coaching.
